How to Get an Emancipation at Age 17

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: I'm 17 and I want to move back to Las Vegas I have a Job lined up out there and my boyfriend will be getting an apartment soon I will always finish high school out there but I want to know how emancipation works in Colorado. Please help me

Emancipation doesn't work in Colorado. What's more, nowhere in the US will a state emancipate a minor so that she can move out of state with her boyfriend. You're simply going to have to wait until (a) your parents give you permission to move out or (b) you turn 18, whichever comes first.
