Change of Venue and Recusing a Judge

yes you are right. I should just not go to court and walk away from daughter better yet I will sign my parental rights away and move on. NOT going to happen. I will get a guardian ad litem assigned to this let them bring the proof to the judge. She is just a mother wanting to remove a good father from a childs life because she is a sociopath that chases money and men. This move will allow her with out anyone to over see the minor child the worng way to live and be aproductive mentally healthy person in society. Dad, you went to jail for domestic battery. Mom has been to jail for nothing. You have been trying and trying to get mom in trouble without success. An attorney can easily make a case that you are harassing mom in retaliation for you going to jail. At least get a consult with an attorney to help you understand what you should and should not be doing.

No, but you HAVE to fight it with REAL reasons, not accusations that either have no baring in court or you have no evidence of. This will cost you $2,000-$20,000 to fight, c'est la vie! I think you may still be at step 1, have you attempted to challenge the change of venue yet?

You need to work a little harder on not being offensive. Its going to hurt you badly some day because you are going to forget yourself in front of the wrong person.
