    Default What Happens at a CSPA Interview

    Hi,

    An immigration petition is filed for our family few years back. The petition got approved 2 years back and I was above 21 years at that time.
    Question :
    Will they call me for interview if I am above 21?
    Should my parents again file any form on my behalf after they get their GC?
    What is the process??? Plz explain.

    You have so many issues, your family needs a good (read expensive) immigration attorney.
