You need to shut up without an attorney present. The cases are not tried in the store or the police barracks. They only thing they are looking for you to say is more incriminating evidence. This isn't just going to get "dropped" if you say "I'm innocent."

What do your bond conditions say? If they say you must report subsequent arrests, I would do so. If not, I'd keep my mouth shut (frankly, I'd be inclined to be calling my attorney I have set up for the first UNSPECIFIED charge with the new information). Yes, there is a STRONG possibility your bond may get revoked.

I fill a paper out every week asking if I have communicated with a law enforcement officer. Also, I did say anything incriminating.

Yep. If they processed your arrest it should be in your LEADS file and accessible to law enforcement nationwide.

Alright, I was just mistaken due to my previous charge not being shown in their databases.
