My question involves employment and labor law for the state of:
Alright so I live in PA.
I work as a bedside nurse in a hospital and occasionally when the patient census is low they will send nurses home. When something like this happens we either have to use PTO time or be sent home without pay. My normal set of hours for a week 36. I guess my question is, can they actually send me home even though I have not had my 36 hours for the week. Thank goodness I do have PTO time but if I didn't I would not get paid.
