    Question Error on Speeding Ticket

My son recently received a speeding ticket in North Carolina. He was clocked at 44 mph in a 35 mph zone. However, on the ticket he noticed that the "Race" the officer listed is incorrect. Based on my son's physical appearance and his name there is no way he could be mistaken for someone of this particular race. Could this be grounds for having the ticket dismissed? What is the easiest way to deal with this situation? Thanks.

A nine over in NC is a no points no insurance increase ticket. He was probably going faster and the officer cut him some slack. Pay the ticket.
