My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: TN

In June I was written up for the first time that I can remember in my 40+ years. Most of the write up was vague and rambling and included such things as "small game issues" and "deflecting instead of embracing issues" in a department that had seen a increase in productivity and customer compliments since I took it over in October of 2012. My problems were not with performance but with the fact that I disagreed with the employee commission plan which "hits" the employee and takes money from them.
Anyway. Five days later I was called into HR and told that what had happened that morning was resulting in my termination. The quick and easy is I was over delivery. The warehouse and prep teams did not do their jobs on Saturday resulting in it impacting my department on Tuesday morning. I looked at the ops manager and HR director and said so you are firing me for X and Y not doing their jobs? The ops manager quickly said "well um we have decided to part ways." I was told a few days later that my replacement had actually come to work that morning and was in the front office training.
Since I was terminated I filed for unemployment. My benefits were denied because "Evidence establishes claimant was warned repeatedly about issues related to his not performing job tasks required for the position. Employer provided copies of several corrective action forms signed by claimant." Bull.
I contacted an attorney who told me to get copies of the documents. Six months later I have nothing. After 3 months someone at a local office told me to just file an appeal because they had to provide me copies. I filed an appeal. No documents. We had the appeal hearing. The company didn't call in. The hearing officer told me to request the documents through her department. I did. All that is in there is the original ruling and my appeal. My appeal was denied because Tennessee does not think that not being able to get the evidence to review your denial is grounds for not making a timely appeal. I asked the officer how I knew what I was fighting if I did not have the information and she said I should have appealed sooner. Catch 22.

I have re-appealed but still have no access to the forged documents. They are not in the appeals file and you just can't get anything out of any other departments. I have done fax and phone call to special services and still have not gotten as much as a denial to my request.

To wrap up:

I was wrongfully terminated.
Documents were created to keep me from getting unemployment.
I can't get copies of these documents.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed? I am pretty sure there is something illegal about creating documents and submitting them to a state agency but so far I can't get anyone in Tennessee to do anything about it.

Thanks in advance.
