The NCP's demand for me to drive or meet him halfway ONLY came about right after the CS modification 2 mos ago. In fact his first message to me right after the hearing was "Since you were awarded more money, you have to drop *** off here or meet me halfway. Because of you I can no longer afford to pick him up."

I was able to grant the NCP's request a few times. The other times I couldn't do it, he totally missed his visitations.
Oh, no, i wouldn't do it if i was spoken to like that. If he asks sighting points like the price of gas, the distance for the child and suggests a 'nice place' like a park or kids playground, even a kid friendly restaurant to meet up, then my advice about applies, but not if he's demanding and talking to you like that. it would be a straight 'No' from me in that case, with no other explanation needed.

This guy really needs to get his, stuff, in order.
