    Default 20 Years Old Impregnated a 17 Year Old

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: arizona
    my friend is 20 he is dating a 17 year old who is pregnant can he be convicted on rape charges

    He can be charged and convicted of a class 6 felony for sexual conduct with a minor (13-1405) or related sex offenses for the consensual sexual act.

    He needs a lawyer.
