    Default Conveying a Tool to Escape

    2002 I Was Convicted Of A 2nd Degree Felony, Conveying A Tool To Aide Escape. Sentences 18 Months Probation Adjudication Of Guilt. I Am Done With The Sentence . I Paid All Fines And Put In A Motion Myself To Term Probation Early And Was Done, But Now I Realize How Much Adjudication Hurts! Is It Possible To Go Back To Court And Get This Changed To Withheld? I Can't Seal My Record Because Of This, What Other Options If Any, Are There! Florida

    You don't claim innocence, or any new discovery beyond your realizing the consequence of having the conviction on your criminal record. It would be very much an uphill battle, and probably a doomed battle. I suggest you consult a criminal defense lawyer in Florida about your options.
