My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Ohio but likely nationwide
I recently purchased a gift on Wal-Marts site that stated it was available for sale. I was charged for the item and received an email after saying it was out of stock with no known availability date. I had other retailers I could have purchased the item from but chose Wal-Mart based on their price. I believe I am not the only person duped by this company and would seek legal counsel regarding a class action lawsuit against them. Please respond with actions that can be taken.
