Default I Want to Be Emancipated from My Father's Custody

My question involves guardianship in the State of: Texas.
I'm not sure this is exactly what is meant by this, but I hope it still makes sense.
I'm a 15 year old girl in the state of Texas, and am looking to get emancipated when I turn 16 in a couple months.
I already have a steady job that I've had for about 8 months, and I am looking to get another one. I'm still in school (a sophomore), and I get decent grades; I did very well on the SAT and ACT tests, so I have no problems with my mental capacity. I also plan on going to college.
The reasons I want to get emancipated:
My parents have gotten divorced this year, and I mainly live with my father. My mother in simple terms is crazy. I love both my parents dearly, but they have their problems. I don't feel like I'm in a healthy environment. I was sexually abused throughout elementary school by a family friend, and living with my dad makes me uncomfortable because of my anxiety in being in close quarters with older men. It doesn't outweigh anyone's hesitance in me living with my mom though- she really has mental issues. I would like someone's opinion on what I should do, and if emancipation is an option for me.
    Thanks,
    Maxxie.
    Edit:
Let me add- I already pay for all my school supplies, and my parents don't pay for health insurance for me, so that is a moot point. I also pay for my own food and clothing. My parents ignore me, except when they need help with something. I also have no siblings in the house. I also have my hardship that I got last year.

You will not qualify for emancipation. At all.

Emancipation is not about what you want

Emancipation is not an option for you. Under Texas law, at your age, you would have to ALREADY be living on your own, independently, and paying all of your own expenses, before a court would even hear your petition.

I'm more or less asking the steps to get emancipated, since I feel like I'm already providing for myself anyway. thank you for your reply though.x

    You're not listening.

You do not qualify to be emancipated under the laws of your state. There are no steps.

I think I worded that wrong by saying "steps." I just mean- what makes me not qualified?

You are not qualified because you are not living independently and paying 100% of your own support.

By all your own support, I mean that you are not paying rent (market rate, not a token for living in a friend's house); utilities; food; clothing; transportation; insurance; medical care; staples; school fees and supplies; etc. You are still living with one of your parents. At your age, in your state, THAT FACT ALONE disqualifies you.
