That is my problem with the whole thing 40 % of calls unjustified. I do know if you are not logged into the phone system the calls are not recorded. I dont believe they went back to their system and looked to see if I was actually logged in. I need you to also now this was a new phone system to the company and they just placed it in April 2013. The phone system crashed WEEKLY. I have pictures of emails I had to send to their IT department in my email showing a problem with my computer and phone system.
