would this constitute as child abuse if it wasnt your kid? or would it not even be considered a minor?

how much trouble can a 22 year old girl get for beating the crap out of a 17 year old girl?

This was not about me. It is my sons mother. (my ex)

I was not there, but these are the details given to me by a person who was there (her brother, it was his girlfriend who got beat up)

The brother and girlfriend were living with his parents, my ex was not living there. my ex stormed through the front door, marched up to her brothers bedroom, where girlfriend was sleeping and decked her in the face with a closed fist. she hit her a few more times before brother got a hold on her and pulled her back. girlfriend did not hit back.

911 was called. girlfriend went to hospital. injuries are unknown. ex left before the cops got there and a warrant was issued for her arrest. this was august 27. my ex was arrested on octover 21st and was arrainged. her bond is 2500 (it says 5000 but the jail said 2500) or cash asurety and no one has bailed her out. (her family doesnt really like her, but they do not want me to have custody of my son, so they lie for her) her pre trial was scheduled for the 18th, then rescheduled for the 25th due to court scheduling conflicts then she was appointed an attourney (i assume) and the pre trial was rescheduled again for the attorny to dec 3rd.
