Default Am I Required to Give My Employer a Complete Driving Record

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of Washington

the company I am work for has given me this form http://www.dol.wa.gov/forms/500009.pdf with the "complete record" already checked. The company is based in Minnesota but I am working for a location in Washington. Am i required to give them a copy of my complete record? I have a wrongful seat belt ticket on my record and with the company being points based it will go against me on their end. I know in Washington employers are supposed to get the same report as a insurance company which seat belt tickets don't show up on but If I give them the complete record it will show up.

http://www.dol.wa.gov/driverslicense/drivingrecfaq.html I know this says that a employer is not supposed to get a complete record so can i refuse and say here you are only entitled to a employment record or possibly the "Commercial insurance record"

    thanks

    The actual statute says this:

    (b) Employers or prospective employers. (i)(A) An abstract of the full driving record maintained by the department may be furnished to an employer or prospective employer or an agent acting on behalf of an employer or prospective employer of the named individual for purposes related to driving by the individual as a condition of employment or otherwise at the direction of the employer.
    (emphasis mine)

You are not required to give them the information they want.

They are not required to hire you.

That is of course perfectly accurate, too.
