Help Getting Emancipated

I am 16 years old I am the last one in the house and my mom expects me to do everything. She says she has bipolar and is realy hard to live with. She doesn't work, we don't have a car and she lays in bed all day. She recently kicked my brother out and I realy want to live with my sister and my boyfriend in Georgia what should I do? Help me please. I know I could make it. I can take care of myself because at one point in time I had two jobs, went to school and took care of my oldiest sister who had cerebal pausy. I'm just afraid of hurting my family help me

Also, if your mother gives you permission to live with your sister, you can do so whether emancipated or not.
