My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas
I have custody of my boys and i would like to have supervised visitation for their father to see his children. Because their father is a child sex offender. I don't wish to put my children in harms way. He lives on his parents land right now 100 miles away from his kids. that way they are close to each other. The AG was agreed on before he became a sex offender.
(out side of the decree we have agreed on at AG ) The courts have allowed his parents to be chaperones, allowing him to be around his kids during the day time, but, he can not be by himself with him ever. At night he much leave the house by 10pm, however, I still do not feel that it is in the better interest of my kids to allow them ( the father and his parents ) to come and take from my home for the weekend or holidays weeks.
I do not know if the court would even look at my case. Even if, I were to file for supervised visitation rights for their father. I need help and don't know what I should do to. I do not want to take his visitation right way just want to keep my kids out of herms way.
