    Default Getting a Lodger Out

My question involves an eviction in the state of: NC

I had a written agreement with someone for a temporary rental of 4-6 weeks. It's now been 8 weeks and he is still not gone... He won't respond to my question of when he's moving out (or email) and has been avoiding me entirely. Since it's after the verbal agreement, do I still have to evict him? Or can I just change the locks?? Also, he has not paid beyond yesterday - which was the 8-week mark.

You need to begin the process of eviction.
