If you want to accumulate documentation of the disposition of your various cases, you should be able to obtain certified or exemplified copies from the various courts.
The question isn't about wanting or where to find the information. It is: What kind of documentation do I need? Do I need that documentation on the application, or do I just need to bring it to the interview? Is a Lawyer really necessary if I know what information I need?

An attorney is in your best interest so that you have the proper documentation and present the best case. It will be very difficult to undo a mistake made while trying to do it yourself. If you do not have the money, look for a university's legal clinic which is staffed by students or a social service agency.
