Default Our Minor Son's Girlfriend's Parents Meddle with Our Child

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Virginia

My son is 16. He got involved in a sexually perverse relationship with a girl and we terminated the relationship. Now the girl's mom is contacting our son, actively trying to keep the relationship active, giving her daughter permission to come to our home when we (the parents) aren't home, and actually bought a promise ring on my son's behalf to give to her daughter

we've spoken to her and asked her to stop - she doesn't. She says she disagrees with us and can do what she wants.

what do we do to make her stop contacting our minor son? How do we protect him?

since nothing else works, you call the police giving them notice the kid is not allowed on your property and is considered to be a trespasser should he show up again.

You also make a report to the police giving then notice of the parent's actions in contacting your son and your expressed demand they do not contact your son.

then, go and get a restraining order against both the kid and the parent's if they do not stop contacting your child.

Go take any evidence, including the ring, to the police.

    You get a restraining order.

You place your son in a different school. You drive him to and from and escort him in and out. No cell phone. No computer. Get him a job, but make sure he has to hand over a schedule and paystub.

If her or a parent get anywhere near your son, you call the cops and have charges filed.

You also get your son into counseling, teach him how to use condoms, and give him strict supervision. Trust is earned.
