When my ex an I bought our house in 2004 her mom wrote up a joint tenantcy deed with right of survivorship. We were together for 16 years and never legally married. We have been separated for almost 2 years now and i am wanting to buy a different house how can i get out of the jtdros without having her involved. Or having to give her money from selling the house. Is there a way to go about this without involving her or away of getting out of the jtdros.
