My question involves criminal law for the state of: nc
Me and 2 of my former friends were invited to a home, and we left with goods from said home. The 2 other guys were charged 2 weeks ago (felony larceny, conspiracy, and selling stolen property) about 3 months after the incident. I have yet to speak to police, what should I expect? Also, if I gave a stolen item from this incident to another friend who sold it somewhere, if this item is traced back to me AFTER i get convicted with lets say (felony larceny and conspiracy) and my lawyer manages to get a deal and gets them down to misdemeaners, how will the third later charge be handled if convicted with it much later? Will they bundle it with the previous offenses or will they consider it a second offense. The said item in this potential scenario was sold before charged or convicted of the 2 original charges, so if convicted of the first 2 at one point then the selling stolen property is discovered at a later date how iz that handled in said situation. I currently have a clean record and i am 16.
