    Even in the one you listed it states ""Break Requirement"All minors are required to have a 30 minute uninterrupted break when working more than 5 consecutive hours which must be documented as stated above."
    So I'm not sure if the law is contradicting itself or something separate.

    Then call the OH DOL and report it. They'll tell you what you're entitled to.

    Someone who can't figure out the proper usage of the word aloud vs. allowed should be spending as much time in school as humanly possible.
