Default Bright Security Light Outside of Apartment

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Ohio
I recently moved into an apartment. There is a very bright security light mounted on the building across from my bedroom. I can literally read a book with level of light that comes into my room at night, even with the heavy drapes i purchased and hung. Interestingly enough, on the other side of the building, there is a security light that is not as bright, is shaded, and is able to be angled more towards the ground. I have approached the leasing office several times now, but have been ignored.

Is this actionable for taking away the quiet enjoyment of my premises, or perhaps for nuisance?

I can tell you are a Cleveland native. Use a black out blinds and thank your landlord for providing free lighting for your bedroom, so you save on your electric bill.
