My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Texas
I recently requested my juvenile record in the state of Texas and got this letter..
"On [date] [My name]was brought in to our department for Possession of Marijuana C/A DFZ. After reviewing the case it was Supervisory Caution by the Department. (case closed)
On [date] he was brought in for Criminal Mischief C/A. The case was referred to County Attorney for review; filed with the Juvenile Courts and was placed on Probation for six months. In which he completed successfuly.
On [date] he was brought in for Resisting Arrest C/A. After reviewing the case it was Dismissed by our Department."
I was 15 years old at the time, no record ever since (4 years.) I completed drug counseling for the first charge, did time & probation for the second and the last one was dropped because it was a bogus charge... How much of this show up on a thorough background check and does it bar me from a contract with the DoD?
