My question involves medical malpractice in the state of: California
Was given lithium for bipolar. Didn't have much mood shifts other than irritability. Told doctor his diagnosis was wrong.
Doctor raised my lithium to 2250 mg per day (way past the FDA recommended dose of 1200 mg / day). I had to stop working.
Went on disability because the lithium level was so high.
Finally got off lithium and got a new doctor who switched to ADHD medication. Now I'm working and doing EXTREMELY WELL for myself.
What's the right thing to do? What's the best business thing to do? What's the healthiest thing to do?
