    Default Stay at Home Dad Stuck".broke

    My question involves a marriage in the state of:az

    As the suggests, I have been with this women 14 yrs, married 8, 3-kids.She has all the accounts in her name as she is the bread winner, she has always refused to pay for day care and has subtely blocked my desires to enter the workforce.I want out, but am broke.......literally, she actually removed $600 I had and refuses to return it, this is after I handed her $1500 the day before.She knew I needed the money.

    I guess you shouldn't have handed her the $1500.


    If you want out that bad you will find a way.

    Since Arizona is a community property state, what's hers is also yours. Find the a lawyer and get moving on it.

    File for divorce, request temporary spousal support so you can get on your feet, and temporary custody pending a final hearing.
