Charges for Drug Possession, Public Urination

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan
Hello Ive gotten myself into an unbelievable amount of trouble and I am trying to turn my life around now. So here is my situation, Last week I got an MIP and a urination in public ticket, a week later I got a possession of marijuana, use of marijuana, and failure to comply. I realize this is probably the end of my life. But what consequences do you think Ill be facing for all the tickets. I'm willing to do anything to get this off even though I know that is near impossible. Ill take a PBT every morning for a year if its necessary. I am ashamed of myself and my decisions so please help me get out of this in the best way possible.

If you haven't got an attorney yet, I strongly suggest you obtain one asap.

Explain what you mean by statue number I am a rookie at this stuff.

There will be a number (or a mix of letters and numbers) somewhere on the ticket/paperwork - this is the statute under which you've been charged.

The officers told me that I would be getting something in the mail soon that said what Im actually being charged with so I don't know for sure yet. Is there any way Ill be able to conditionally discharge the marijuana ticket, and do a diversion program for the MIP or will the judge shoot that down immediately?

There is no possible way we can guess what an unknown judge in your unknown location will do.

I think you just need to take a deep breath and relax now. What's done is done, so the only thing you can do now is make sure you're in a better place, (mentally, morally and spiritually) to be ready to deal with the consequences of your past actions. Think about what you're going to say to the judge, and what steps you'll take to turn this (your life) around.
You really can do it if you choose to.

It looks bad but at least these are minor charges,you probably get diversion for the drug charge and maybe be able to expunge the urination ticket in the future or maybe get it reduced to a non criminal charge. You got a few misdemeanor charge,while it's not good,your not looking at a bunch of felonies.
