Default Identity Theft Involving a SNAP Card

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas

In a case where someone has been accused of reporting a lost/stolen SNAP card whom may request to obtain the voice analysis print out? Can the person who reported the identity theft just "walk in" to the food stamp office and say I want a print out of the voice analysis and get it?

The prosecution and defense would generally obtain copies of the recording. One could possibly subpoena a copy under the FOIA, however it would likely be deemed confidential info.

Why did you create an entirely new ID?

A voice analysis is not something that is available. A recording of the call may be available, but a voice analysis is something that would be done by an expert in an attempt to prove who that person was, for a court action. So, if you had an attorney, and wanted to prove that someone had stolen your identity in order to change something on your SNAP account or report your card stolen, then your attorney might hire an expert to do a voice analysis on the recording.
