My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Colorado.

My ex-wife and I have two daughters, ages 12 and 14, who are refusing visitation. We have a parenting plan in place. But recently the 14 year old determined that "she can stay anywhere she wants" according to what she's learned from her friends, and she has now refused to come to my home. Now the 12 year old has similarly decided that she does not want to stay with Dad, and has refused visitation.

Mom says she is at wits' end and that she very much wants the kids to follow the parenting visitation schedule, but feels powerless to get the children to comply. I am in communication with mom, but I feel powerless in getting resolution.

What options do I have? What options does mom have?
