My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of:
Our pest control company sprayed as usual, but this time was different. At first my wife and I got very dizzy and then a headache started so I called the company to find out if the pest man had done anything different this time because in all the years we have had them this hasn't happened before. They got a hold of our spray man and he said that his machine was not working and that he had to use a backpack sprayer. We don't allow them to spray in the house because of the cat's, and we close all the windows until the chemical dries. My Wife doesn't like chemicals so she stayed indoors. He has our permission to spray in the garage and the shed. About a half hour later I went into the garage and shed to my work. That evening and early the next morning I felt nausea, blurred vision, bloody nose, tremors. I decided to check my self into the ER. They said I had Toxic Ingestion, gave me a shot and some pills, an x-ray, EKG, and drew blood and waited a short time before telling me I could go home without any hospital care at this time. They gave me a prescription, MECLIZINE 25mg. and prescribed bed rest 24 hours.
I would like to get my money back for the ER visit and Medication.
Thank You In advance.
