    Default Bankruptcy in Ohio

I recently filed for bankruptcy and included my mortgage in the filing. My lawyer advised me at the time that the bank would still have to go through the motion of foreclosing and advised me to stay in the house for as long as I could.

Once all of the paperwork was done and the hearing was over, my lawyer basically walked off and said his job was finished. I eventually moved and the bankruptcy has since been discharged, but I continue to get legal filings concerning the foreclosure - is this normal?
