Default Caught Committing Burglary While on Probation

My question involves criminal law for the state of: South Carolina
I was on probation for burglary 2nd, and caught another burglary 2nd. Upon getting out of jail, I immediatly paid off my probation to avoid violating it (I had PTUP).
My lawyer says that were waiting on the soliciter to recieve confrimation that Im off probation before they will cut me a plea bargain.
Well I messed up again, and just caught a tresspassing charge. They gave me a $315 ticket which Im going to go pay off on the 22nd of October. That's all good, but is this going to screw up my pending burglary 2nd? They were talking about just making me pay a $1700 fine, but what about now that I have a tresspassing charge?
The burglary 2nd was a Greenville county charge, while the tresspassing is a simpsonville city charge... Will they even see it? How screwed am I?

Paying off probation does not mean that you are off. It may mean that you would have completed your requirements. However, you still should have a set termination date that stands regardless of whether or not you paid off your fines. Once you got a new arrest, it didn't matter if you ran to pay off your fines and fees. You were in violation at the moment of arrest. Upon a finding of guilt, a finding of violation is a given. A finding of violation is probable based soley on the arrest.

My system catches anything in the state without me changing screens. So yes, they should be able to see it with almost no effort. As for your subsequent offenses. You can be charged for a violation of bail bond for the trespass charge. The arrest can easily shut down the deal that was on the table for you burglary charge. You very well be facing incarceration for all three charges now.

I had PTUP, Probation Terminated Upon Payment. There for, my probation was terminated upon payment haha
But I got ahold of my attorny and we went to the courthouse to demand a jury trial, thus prolonging the court date 6 months to a year, and he told me Ill be fine. It helps I have an awesome lawyer. And the fact my state is just worried about money, so they'll gladly accept my $3700 for the burglary instead if putting me in a cage.
Thanks for worrying me though lol

I love the cocky ones. You ask for help, then you want to be argumentative. Keep on livin' 24x. Soon enough the 24x is going to stand for his amount of consecutive years.
