My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Florida.

Hello, My name is Vicki and I have some issues. I am on SSI for the full $710, I have defaulted on Student Loans which have mounted up to 200,000, I think I owe back taxes to the IRS, I've been recovering and want to go back to work. But I'll be self-employed and the income will be from a website, which means my income will fluctuate wildly. So I have a few questions:

1. Because my earnings will fluctuate wildly, I think reporting my monthly income to the SS office every single month will hurt my pay, even make my SSI payments lower than it should be because processing takes so long. I think I read that you can negotiate when you report your earnings to SS office. I also read where you can wait till the end of the year to report net earnings using your tax return.

2. Even when it get pass number 1, what will the IRS and/or Department of Education do to my debit card that I deposit money on? Will they take it all at once or will they negotiate some type of payment plan for me? Even then, the income from a website can vary drastically so I'll risk overestimating the amount I can pay, just because things may be going well.

Any other tips will be appreciated.
