yes, both these employers are billing by the job, and not by hour.
in one of the jobs, I will be working with offshore 100% of the time - so that work is mostly in the evenings as per US timings.
the role is Work-from-home, and to complete 40 hours a week - I can also work over the weekends to catch up.
Would you have any idea, in what ways my employer can find out? Because I am sure I will be efficient enough to be on top of everything at both my jobs![]()
I just want to know, by running normal payroll and by generating W2 forms, can they find out?![]()
