Default Child Turning 18, but Back Support is Owed

My question involves child support in the State of: Florida

My daughter is turning 18 in February. My ex-husband owes over $25,000.00 in arrears. I have an income deduction order for the past 8 years and that is why he is finally paying. Would the state continue to use the income deduction order to pay the arrears when my daughter turns 18? We also have another child who won't turn 18 for 2 more years. Does the amount change on the income deduction order and do I need to notify the state or does he?

Yep. He doesn't get out of his arrears just because kiddo has reached majority. He is required to pay it all off.
