My question involves a child custody case from the State of: florida

hi my name is ketty i have a question i got divorce on december 2011 and i have 2 kids the judge gave me the costudy of my child to be .
i been with and ith out of work lately i havent find anything on the 1 of this month me and my husband were applying to a company in oregon portland and they send us an job offer to me and to him .. now i spoke to the father of my big kids and he say it was ok it ld him i was living in sep 16 yesterday he change his mind and told me that i was not going anywere with his kids .. i have child support pending since 3 years he hasent never pay me anything i been working studying and taking care my kids alone with my former husband.
i when to the court today to get the pwetition for relocation and they gave me an appt on the 3 my questions is there is a place ont he form that tell me to write to the judge why im moving and im not that good at english i dont know how to start that letter . i have to be in oregon on sep 16 if not i will loss the job my husband as to be on sept 20 what can i do ... i want to better my self i need an oportunity and the father of the kids is been selfish all my life i try my best for my kids i want them to be able to go to the park to go out to restaurant i can never take them out becuase the lest money we get it to pay bill please help anyone has any ideas of what should i do

Honestly? Florida is really not the most relocation-friendly state in the country.

If you do move without the court's permission, you'll have to travel back and forth to Florida while it goes through court.

With that said, how often does Dad see the children?

he is a truck driver he is never here he comes ones a month and take the kids on friday saturdat and sunday he returns them to me ..but he has money and everytime i have problems i have my kids in a private school i pay for that he dosent pay for anything he always tell me he is waiting for the court order to pay he never pays and if i dont go i will loss the job right now im unemply and my hubby 2 im living on goverment help i dont want to live like this in here in miami is no job
