My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Nevada

I filed chapter 13 on 9/14/07 and was discharged on 03/10/11. I have a problem with one of the creditor who was included in chapter 13.
I called the Bankruptcy Trustee Office and gave them the name of the creditor they replied to me that creditor never filed a proof of claim.
that's why the Trustee never paid that creditor. I received a letter from UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT DISTRICT OF NEVADA.
It says: CHAPTER 13 FINAL ACCOUT AND REPORT - COMPLETED (BAPCPA) and there's the list of all the creditors included in chapter 13
even the one who did not file proof of claim. My problem is that this creditor still showing and my credit report with the amount of money
that I didn't pay. I filed a dispute with Experian online and the report says : this creditor status: Discharged through Bankruptcy Chapter 13.
When I go online and do my banking I have acces to my credit report and it didn't show that it was discharged.
I paid my lawyer and I paid the Bankruptcy Trustee according to the plan so what do I do now so my credit report says zero?
Ek.
