Long story short my roommate and i are on the lease and he recently decided to start smoking pot and our landlord came up to us and asked for him to stop or else we can get evicted... so i told him whatever he does outside of the apartment is up to him but i dont want to be then one getting an eviction on my record for what he is doing. Now when im not home he still smokes in the house thinking i wont notice. i was wondering if i explained to the landlord the situation if she could just evict him and just let me stay on the lease if i can cover all cost until the lease is over.
