    Default Immigrant Husband Permanent Resident

My question involves a marriage in the state of:I am an immigrant married in other country then came to US.Husband doesn't used to share any of his personal details from starting,I was never suspicious about this.

My medical condition is currently not good so cannot travel to my home country, husband harassing mentally as well as physically.
Please advice what are my options.I don't have money nor any support to hire any attorney.

If you are illegal, you really have no options. You are not entitled to become a public charge. Contact USCIS and request self deportation assistance. File for divorce and request hubby be required to support you. If you are legally here, hubby should have signed an affidavit of support.

I am not sure how you need to initiate compelling payment under his support affidavit, the USCIS web site should tell you if a member here does not know. (My child seems to have exhausted band width and I believe our provider has us throttled so pages do not load fast.) You can file for divorce yourself, Pro Se. You did not indicate your state, however, many state courts provide public do it yourself forms and info online. We can try to assist you more if you tell us your state.
