I Need to be Emancipated in Tennessee

okay my name is lauren and im 14 but im turning 15 in about 1 and a half weeks. i live with my mom and i cant live there anymore i am mentaly abused! i have been depressed for years we fight a lot and not just screaming like fist fighting! i have been going through this sence i was 8. my mom is phyco! im not even playing you can ask anyone. well this week i went to south carolina to visit my dad for the weekend and on sunday, the time for me 2 come home, she called my dad and said she canceled y ticket ans wantsme to stay there and not come home. well i want to be emancipated and i ave been looking it up and foun there is not a law for this in TN. so i am wonderig what i do to get one or who do i talk 2. anything can help. email me at 2cute2beyoo@bellsouth.net please

14 year olds dont get emancepated.

Tennessee has no emancipation statute. As far as I know, California is the only state which will consider granting emancipation to a 14-year-old. Most states which offer emancipation impose a minimum age of 16, and some states don't offer the option at all.
