Default Reentering the Country With an Arrest Warrant

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New York. I currently have a misdemeanor DUI, a felony DUI, and a felony Driving without License charges against me. I have a warrant out for skipping court several months ago. I am currently living in Mexico and was looking to see what will happen if I attempt to cross the border into California with my passport. I didnt hurt anyone or damage any property or anything like that with my two DUIs. Thanks.

You can be subject to arrest. Here is an example: http://jeffdownerbailbonds.com/2013/...nding-warrants

Look at it this way, if you have DUI convictions, Canada won't even let you enter from the US without special paperwork let alone re-enter.

Pretty sad that America has turned every single one of its citizens into a criminal

You actually think it's OK to drive while under the influence? Wow. Dude, I'm sooooo glad I'm in Canada and you're not.

You did that all on your own buddy. No one forced the bottle to your lips and your hands to the wheel

Yeah keep blindly following a country and a justice system that has 8 million people under "criminal supervision." More than any other nation on the planet, or in history. No big deal, just blame those 8 million. Hell, just execute them. Sheep.

So it's the government's fault you drive while drunk? How do you get to that?

<spit> on you. My daughter's life was permanently changed by driver like you. He didn't even stop, he didn't care too. Her life as she knows it stopped that day. Today is she bed bound, ventilator dependent, and dependent on us for everything. No one, especially a young woman of 22 with a promising future should have to live that way.

I'd rather have 10, 20 million people under criminal supervision and off the roads than know another person whose family has been so changed because of drinking and driving. So yes, i started with <spit> and I'll end it that way <spit>
