Question Interstate Enforcement of Child Support Arrears

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas

I have sole custody of my five year old son. Child Support and Visitation orders were set 1.5 years ago but the father has yet to pay a single red cent through the state. He has recently been charged with felony drug charges and is having another child. He is a deadbeat that does not contact me for visitation or the general well being of his child. He drives cars that are leased in Texas and as a result, has had to obtain a Texas driver's license.. making his residence in Texas, not the neighboring state. Why is child support being administrated (or lack thereof) interstate?

    Is this a trick question?

Where does he work? Not the employer, where is the physical place of employment? Where does he actually live? Texas driver's license or not, when he goes to bed at night what state is he in?

Uy. You really aren't providing enough details.

He lives in Texas now. The order was issued out of Texas. Was he living in Texas when the order was issued? What state is attempting to enforce the order? Did he ever reside in the state that is attempting to enforce the order? In what state do you reside?

I reside in Texas, the order was issued out of Texas.. He was living in Oklahoma when the order was issued, Oklahoma is the state attempting to enforce the order. He now resides in the state of Texas.
