My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas
I have sole custody of my five year old son. Child Support and Visitation orders were set 1.5 years ago but the father has yet to pay a single red cent through the state. He has recently been charged with felony drug charges and is having another child. He is a deadbeat that does not contact me for visitation or the general well being of his child. He drives cars that are leased in Texas and as a result, has had to obtain a Texas driver's license.. making his residence in Texas, not the neighboring state. Why is child support being administrated (or lack thereof) interstate?
