Default Can You Get a 5 MPH Speeding Ticket Dismissed Based on Flow of Traffic

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: WA
so I was on my way to work this morning going 63 in a 60, was pulled over and ticketed for going 65 in a 60 by a motorcycle officer. The officer was not state patrol, I was in Lynnwood. The ticket has the right location and Mile Post, but the city said Marysville, even the non-printed part of the ticket is for the cascade division of Snohomish county. This makes me wonder if the officer was from Marysville.

I'm looking to write in and hopefully get this dismissed by just saying I was going with the flow of traffic, not trying to speed, and just question the city and possible jurisdiction.

    any tips or help?
    thanks!

Let's play a little game called guess the probability:

    1. I'm hoping to win the lottery.
    2. I'm hoping to get this ticket dismissed by writing in and saying (choose one) I didn't do it / I was going with the flow of traffic / My speedometer said I was going 1 mph under / I had no intention / it wasn't me.
    3. I'm hoping to go to the beach and see a shark.

And the winner is... Well, not quite sure - but these events occurring seems to be within the same realm of probability.

Tips? You need to make a decision. Fight it or not. There's none of this "Oh, I'll write the court a letter." As Traffic Yoda would say: "Do, or do not. There is no 'Decision on Written Statements.'"
