I am pro se for a civil complaint against the county and an apartment complex that allowed other tenants to receive the housing grant through the county, as a tenant in the same apartment complex. These tenants were allowed new leases and new housing grants for the year. I was denied assistance from the county with a grant while they knew this apartment complex had grant tenants. As a result I was forced to move during a serious operation. I was denied assistance from the county who said I had already been assisted for the year, however, when I tore my back open from moving myself they gave me an apartment with the housing grant and assisted me with moving, just three weeks later. I suffered from a second operation. I currently was not allowed to continue my civil complaint. I requested to continue because I was in the hospital and bed-ridden when the defs filed a demurrer. I am currently appealing. I could use so insight and advise about disability. The judge said the apartment situation was handled in the unlawful detainer, while this case was a violation of disability and he sustained the defs demurrer. I know what he did was wrong...
