My question involves child support in the State of: FL
As required by law, I have been deducting and sending in $100 per paycheck for an employee for child support. Unbeknownst to me, the payroll company (that I process our payroll through) has also been sending in $100 biweekly.
Therefore, between myself and the payroll company, his child support account has been recieving $200 biweekly when it should only be receiving $100.
How can I recoup/recover the extra payments from his child support account? Any advise is much appreciated!
