Sexual Conduct with a Minor

My question involves criminal law for the state of: sexual conduct with a minor. Me an my fiance lived with my mom for 4 months and on our own for 3 he's 19 and im 16 we plan to get married. We thought I might be pregnant and told my mom she punched me in the stomach and attacked me. My fiance called the police and then he was arrested for sexual conduct with a minor. My mom also put an order of protection on him against my wishes. He's facing 7 counts we live in Arizona and its a class 6 felony here. My mom is now saying we can get married. I'll be 17 in 5 months im not in high school I have a GED and I work 2 jobs he also works full time. What can we do where we can still be together ? Can we get married? Emancipation? Im just scared of what's going to happen and how its fans affect us later on. I don't want him to be labeled as a sex offender and I still wanna be with him. Help please ?

Stay away from him until you turn 18. He is already looking at the rest of his life on the sex offender registry. Your mother has every right to say you must stay away from him.

Apparently by your own admission he is a child predator. You are likely going to be singing a different tune, when you are 19, knocked up on kid 2 or 3 and he trades you in for another child. Thankfully, the courts are likely going to save you from that by giving him a long prison sentence.
