My question involves a mortgage in the state of: Pennsylvania

This is my boyfriends house, I lived here with my children. The house was sold back to the bank at Sheriff Sale and the deed transferred on 7/2. There was a realtor assigned, and she was supposed to give us cash for keys and a timeline for moving out. The realtor later called and said the house was transferred to another division of the bank and she was no longer servicing it. We never heard anything until last week a letter came via us mail that said if we were not bonafide tenants we had ten days from the date of the letter to vacate. We didn't even know which bank to contact, that info was never provided. The letter was dated Aug.2nd and not received until August 5th. Although we have no where to live I am scrambling to get my important items boxed up and out. I am vacating now, but what happens on the 12th (10 days from the date of the letter)? Will they come lock us out? We have never been served an eviction notice from the Sheriff or anything. I have a ton of kids here and although I've been packing since the sale, I thought I would be given some type of formal service? I'm starting to panic, I have aquired a whole house full of appliances and tools and I really don't want to leave them here. Any advice? I was under the guise we had 90 days from the deed transfer date from the original realtor. Help.
