    Why the aggressive answer? I never said I was going ahead or doing anything, I'm asking for specific legal advice on a problem and in return all I'm getting is vague and judgmental opinions. There's a difference between morality and legality, I thought people here knew that.

    But as you say, maybe I'm foolish.

    You've said it yourself, you will probably be sued. But what you don't seem to understand is that even if you win, it will cost you huge amounts of money, time and energy to get to that win, and meanwhile you probably won't be allowed to sell any dolls.

    However, if you're fully prepared to spend vast sums of money defending yourself in court, then I see no reason why you shouldn't enter into this business. Go ahead, have fun, but don't expect a profit anytime soon.
