Default Exiting the U.S. to Renew 90 Days Approved Stay

My father recently came to the US to help me babysit while my wife and I work. He was given 90days to stay here. He is a Taiwanese national. Can I have him exit to a nearby country (say, the Dominican Republic) so he can get a fresh set of 90 days to stay here?

    Helping you babysit?

Any reason you can't hire a sitter?

We don't earn that much and in the long run, it would still be cheaper for us to have a relative take care of our child than pay $10/hr for a babysitter..

But that's NOT the purpose of the Visa Waiver. He's essentially living here and working in exchange for room and board - again NOT the purpose of the Visa Waiver.

He is working ILLEGALLY. He needs to go home, and you need to look for childcare or other work hours so you each can be home with the child during part of the day . Those are issues that should have been considered BEFORE having a baby. You cannot violate US laws for your convenience. Of course, you could always relocate to Taiwan and have him provide childcare there.
